Susi mahasiswa yang berpacaran dengan seorang pegawai negeri. Pacarnya begitu manis dan lembut sehingga Susi mabuk kepayang dilanda cinta. In the previous episode, I told you that negative thinking and bad experiences could be monsters inside you. You feed the monsters all time by thinking negatively and do something bad. Now, I am telling you the ways to conquer the monsters and be the master.
Take a seat and relax.
Inhale deeply.
I show you a secret, a secret energy inside you. The energy is unbeatable.
So relax, and pay attention to this.
When you remember some bad experiences, it means that you invite the monsters or you awaken them. At the time you follow these thoughts by thinking over of the experiences, the monsters master you unconsciously. You are not yourself anymore.
What should you do at the time?
Take control on your mind and your memory.
Take a deep breath.
Feel the air streams into your lungs.
Feel the energy awakening your power control.
The easiest way is not to recall such bad memory. When it appears on your mind, you just need to realize that you are the master of your mind and your memory. You are able to conquer such bad memory and forget them. The most powerful action to conquer the bad memory is by deleting them. It does not mean you will loose all your memory.
Just like a computer, when there are some files in disk unnecessary or infected by virus we have to delete them so does with your brain. You must give command to your brain by saying “delete this file (monster). You just visualize deleting process is running. The most important thing is by saying in your mind ‘monsters files deleted successfully. At last you just smile and feel happily. It is easy, isn’t it?
Next time when a memory or thought come to your mind, you need to clarify whether it makes you happy or bring you to bad situational emotion. You must remember that YOU are CONQUEROR AND MASTER OF YOUR MIND. When a bad memory comes to your mind, conquer it. You are able to delete the file or monster or virus in your hard brain disk since you have power and authority to do that.
