BE MASTER OF MIND

Apa itu PIKIRAN? Mendefinisikan pikiran tidaklah semudah melihat kamus mencari arti dari pikiran itu. Dalam hal ini saya mencoba untuk memberikan makna terhadap kata “pikiran” sesuai dengan pengalaman hidup saya .
Selama saya berpikir, 99% tidak pernah menyadari bahwa saya sedang menggunakan sebuah device/piranti lunak maha karya ciptaan Tuhan Yang Maha Pencipta. Lebih dari itu, saya sepertinya terbawa oleh pikiran itu sendiri. Pikiran membawa saya ke tempat yang tidak saya sadari.
Lebih tepatnya 80 % hidup saya dikuasai oleh pikiran yang tidak terkontrol oleh saya. Pikiran membawa saya melang lang buana entah kemana. Pikiran menjadi raja dalam hidup saya.
Sebagai akibat tidak terkontrolnya pikiran ini, saya banyak mendapatkan suasana negative dalam kehidupan saya. Ini disebabkan karena tanpa saya sadari saya terbawa oleh pikiran marah, benci, sakit hati, kesal atau apapun yang membuat saya merasa pesimis terhadap sesuatu.
Energi terkuras, lelah, lesu dan marah yang berkobar-kobar ketika pikiran negative ini berkuasa dalam diri. Stress berat dan tekanan darah tinggi menjadi dekat dengan diri saya.
Sebaliknya, ketika saya merasa gembira dan memikirkan peristiwa – peristiwa yang menyenangkan dan membayangkan kembali keberhasilan saya sebelumnya, membuat saya bersemangat, dan sehat. Boleh dikatakan pikiran senang dan gembira dan mengenang keberhasilan memberikan saya energi yang berlimpah dan membuat saya menjadi optimis dalam melihat sesuatu.

Jadi apa itu ‘PIKIRAN?’

Berdasarkan pengalaman saya di atas, saya menafsirkan kata pikiran itu sebagai “ENERGI.” PIKIRAN ADALAH ENERGI.

Bila kita memikirkan kebahagiaan, kita merasa bahagia. Kita merasa bersemangat. Sebaliknya apabila kita memikirkan hal-hal negative membuat kita sedih, sakit hati dan sakit.

Jadi saya mendefinisikan “PIKIRAN” SEBAGAI ENERGI PENCIPTAAN. Kita berpikir bahagia, bahagia kita dapatkan. Kita memikirkan kesusahan , kesusahan akan datang. Jadi yang kita pikirkan akan terwujud sesuai dengan apa yang kita inginkan disadari atau tidak disadari.

Jadi berhati-hatilah dengan memikirkan sesuatu. Dalam diri manusia itu terdapat fujur dan takwa. Fujur berarti kenegatifan, sedangkan takwa berarti kemenangan karena selalu dekat dengan sang Pencipta, Tuhan Yang maha Pencipta.
Sekarang mari kita berlatih untuk menguasai pikiran.

1. Duduk tenang, sambil menarik napas dalam.
2. Ulangi menarik napas lebih dalam yang membuat Anda menjadi lebih santai.
3. Perhatikan pikiran Anda. Apa yang sedang Anda pikirkan, apa yang sedang teringat?
4. Biarkan saja ingatan atau pikiran itu berjalan sebagaimana adanya. Jangan dihentikan, biarkan saja.
5. Perhatikan apa saja yang muncul dalam piiran dan ingatan Anda pada saat itu. Biarkan beberapa saat.
6. Sekarang coba perhatikan napas Anda. Rasakan napas yang masuk dan keluar melalui hidung.
7. Fokuskan perhatian Anda pada keluar masuknya napas.
8. Seandainya ada terlintas sebuah pikiran atau ingatan lain, singkirkan secara santai dengan lebih merasakan pengaturan napas. Perhatikan keadaan ini sekitar 5 sampai 10 menit.
9. Lakukan latihan diatas 2-3 kali sehari selama 7 hari berturut-turut. Pilih waktu yang berbeda, pada saat Anda ditengah kesibukan dengan pekerjaan dan pada saat Anda santai dan bebas dari jam kerja.

Sekarang Anda sudah dapat berkosentrasi selama 5 sampai 10 menit pada satu pikiran yaitu napas Anda. Juga. Anda sudah dapat membedakan perbedaan suasana latihan pada saat jam sibuk dan santai. Ini berarti Anda dapat mengendalikan pikiran Anda kapanpun dan dalam keadaan apapun. SELAMAT ATAS KEBERHASILAN ANDA. SILAHKAN MASUK KE TAHAP BERIKUTNYA. Susi mahasiswa yang berpacaran dengan seorang pegawai negeri. Pacarnya begitu manis dan lembut sehingga Susi mabuk kepayang dilanda cinta. Dan sang pacar ternyata dengan meneteskan air mata buaya mengatakan bahwa ia sudah bertunangan dan akan menikah dua hari kemudian.
